Emas5 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using emas5's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

These terms apply to all users of the emas5 platform in Malaysia. Last updated: January 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the emas5 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of this document, please stop using the platform immediately. emas5 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.

The emas5 platform is only open to individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this requirement will be closed without a refund.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the emas5 platform. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. emas5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of your details. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. emas5 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately and change your password.

  • Your password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone.
  • Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
  • Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for added security.
  • Emas5 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

Users of the emas5 platform agree to use this service for lawful and personal purposes only. Any use that is fraudulent, manipulative, or that may compromise the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly forbidden and may result in actions including permanent account closure and the forfeiture of any account balance:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or play on the platform.
  • Committing payment fraud or using unauthorised payment information.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors or system bugs for personal gain.
  • Distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other users.
  • Creating an account on behalf of another person without valid authorisation.

Emas5 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action without prior notice.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the emas5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and debit or credit cards issued in Malaysia.

Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and your current VIP tier. Up-to-date limit information is displayed during the deposit process.

For withdrawals, you are required to use the same payment method as your original deposit, subject to the platform's anti-money laundering policy. emas5 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawal processing times depend on your account's VIP tier:

  • Standard members: up to 24 hours on business days.
  • Silver and Gold tiers: up to 12 hours on business days.
  • Platinum and Diamond tiers: within 4 hours or less.

Emas5 is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as bank processing times or payment provider technical issues. Any withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be communicated prior to transaction confirmation.

5. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability

Account Suspension and Closure

Emas5 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is a breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions, or if any suspicious or unlawful activity is detected. In cases of proven fraud, the account balance may be forfeited in full.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting emas5 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any valid balance will be returned via the original payment method.

Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, emas5 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, business interruption, or loss of data. emas5's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the emas5 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software, and code — is the exclusive property of emas5 or its respective licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from emas5.

Third-Party Links

The emas5 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided for informational convenience only. emas5 does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of those third parties separately.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Emas5 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this document shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
